This project is formulated to create an electronic library and establish a mechanism that will enable gathering, validation and maintenance of information that is relevant to local communities and can be provided in digital format. Moreover, the project offers machine translation that would increase access to English information on the internet through English-Arabic translation.
In addition to this, the project is planning to provide text-to-speech tools to enable the illiterate and blind youth to access the information available on the Community Knowledge Generation and E-Library website Fekrzad.
